randhurst village

This 3D rendering of a 100-acre site with a mixed-use facility in Chicago, IL was completed dropping in from a bird's eye view to a shopper's view. Landscaping was conveyed with an opacity so not to obstruct the view of the buildings or future tenant signage. The developer used the renderings in zoning meetings, community meetings, presentations at trade shows as well as a marketing tool to attract tenants and residents. 

THE GROVE

The Grove hotel came to SouthWood and asked for an entrance monument sign as well as an enter and exit sign. The design of the hotel exterior and interior architectural elements were studied. Elements of  lush greenery behind crisp white branding  were chosen to draw the guests into the hotel. To be installed after the pandemic. 

RED ROOF INN

Red Roof Inn came to Glavan Feher Architects to work on a new prototype designed and created to be easy to build and maintain. The innovative designs include customized packages to ensure maximum guest appeal and efficiency for developers. Cost-effective hotel stays can still be a relaxing experience with the warm tones, wood, stone, spa-inspired bathrooms and fireplace.

new market revitalization

Working closely with the leasing and asset management departments, a comprehensive marketing package was developed for the rejuvenation of New Market mall. This package conveyed various shopping center layouts with new out buildings and new traffic patterns. Statistics were developed conveying increased visibility and high traffic patterns for tenants. Golfsmith provided an anchor tenant for this revitalization.

With just a little bit of paint, brick veneer over outdated fluted concrete and a partial refacade this tired 40,000 square foot shopping center built in the 1960's received a cost-effective update. This made the new 7,500 square foot out building easier to lease. The parapet height was kept under a 4'-0" extension of the existing so the structure of the building did not need altered to meet snow loads.

genoa market place

Due to the rapid increase in residential growth in Genoa, Ohio, it  was primed for local and national retailers. Studies of the surrounding architecture were conducted to develop the ideal plan and present it to local residents. The job was to convince the residents the development would be a welcome addition, complimenting the neighborhood design and implementing an additional revenue stream.
